Dassault Systèmes: Effective Technical Sales Operation

Dassault Systèmes wanted to integrate individual SIMULIA products into an innovative engineering and business platform aligned with company 3DEXPERIENCE platform strategy. As a Vice President, I integrated operations and led the development of the go-to-market strategy for 800 global engineers. I co-managed P&L, reorganized team structures, integrated two additional teams of ~100 staff due to acquisitions, implemented new processes to align company and corporate strategy, defined KPIs, and executed delivery. We succeeded in driving the end-to-end program, leading to ~10% yearly revenue growth.
