Excellent article on Digital Transformation by Satya Nadella and Marco Iansiti in the latest HBR Magazine. They define stages of Digital Maturity and what a successful implementation of a digitally driven business process means. They clearly state that a simple implementation of a Platform is not sufficient. Many solutions that are sold as “Platforms” are really just Hubs. It is critical to have an integration with AI and democratize transformation trough all organization levels.
